How big are the sliders?​

Each slider is approximately the size of a baseball.​

How is the food served?

Guests come to the truck and place their order similar to a regular food truck experience.

How long do you serve?

Private events have a 2hr service window additional time can be purchased is desired.
 

How early should I book my event?

The earlier the better, our May-Sept weekend schedule typically fills up by May.

Are plates utensils napkins and condiments included?

Yes, all standard food truck serving trays, napkins, utensil and condiments are included (ketchup,mustard,BBQ,Hot Sauce).

How does the payment process work?

When you book, we will email you an invoice and request a 50% deposit to reserve the day/time. One week before the event, we finalize the menu and headcount and ask for the remaining balance to be paid.

Do you need electricity or water?

No, we are fully self contained on the truck.

​

How much space do you need?

Our truck is 24 feet long and quite heavy. We kindly request a solid, flat surface to park the truck. Backyards are usually not available.

How many sliders does each person get?

Each person is guaranteed 3 sliders whichever side or dessert depending on package chosen. Once everyone has been served guests are welcome to come back for seconds until or time is up.

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options?

Yes, we offer vegetarian and vegan option and most menu items can be prepared GF. Please notify us of any allergies.
